View All ServicesAt VARSOA, despite limited funding, our strong dedication and passion driveS us to create meaningful impact through resourceful action and trust that support our work. We currently run impactful public campaigns, powered by a committed volunteer team through the following key programs.
This is a community-led initiative encourages home vegetable gardens to boost fresh vegetable consumption, improve household nutrition, and promote dietary diversity. It also supports self-sufficiency, food security, and reduces dependence on animal-based foods.
With strong volunteer support, we provide practical, skill-based training to help rural and urban farmers grow vegetables in small spaces, promoting sustainable living. This initiative also builds a supportive community for those transitioning to a vegan lifestyle, offering resources, mentorship, and shared experiences.
Through education and advocacy, we empower individuals to understand how vegan food choices can address climate change, malnutrition, and chronic diseases. We highlight the health benefits of plant-based diets, including reduced risks of heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and certain cancers.
Caring for the environment means making choices that protect and preserve nature, such as reducing waste, conserving resources, and supporting sustainable practices for a healthier planet.
